Application Process

Follow These Simple Steps for a Quick Turnaround

Complete the application. Please remember to fill out completely.

Vendor Information: Make sure that the Vendors name, address, and telephone number are printed clearly.

Equipment Information: Please describe the equipment and what it will cost. Plus, pick your lease term -- 12,24,36,48,or 60 months, or other options. Also, in the Buyout section please choose; Fair Market Value (FMV), 10%, $1.00, or other.

Lessee Information: Fill out completely and as accurately as possible. Telephone number must be a landline and not a cell phone.

Company Bank references: Include all checking and loan account numbers as well as telephone number and a contact name. To speed up the approval process, we would appreciate if you call your bank and let them know that we will be calling and that you authorize them to release information to us over the phone. Or, best of all, provide us with bank statements for the last 3 months.

Trade References: Three different companies that extend your company goods or supplies on payment terms. Credit card companies such as American Express Corporate Card, Staples, Office Depot, Visa, Mastercard, etc. will not be considered.

Bank Statements: Please include the 3 most recent months business bank statements, or personal statements. This will speed up your approval.

Start-up Companies and New Ventures: Please include the aforementioned information, PLUS 2 year's personal tax returns and a personal financial statement.

Lease Amounts Greater than $50,000+: We must receive a Complete Financial Package along with a completed application to get you an approval.

Make sure you have signed and dated the application. Once you have completed each of these steps, Fax the application over to Rob Renk at 720-367-5080 for immediate processing.
