So you're looking for funding for your business when the banks said "NO" even though you have been doing business with them for years. Old saying "Banks don't lend money to people who need money but to people who don't need the money." If that make sense to you - great but look where our banking system is today. You wouldn't be calling us or visiting our website if they didn't already say no.
We will be honest with you and in return, expect the same from you.
We try to make the process as painless as possible. First we have "No Application" for you to fill out, our lenders do. Sorry - always paper work!
10 steps to approval!
Step 1) Call or email us with your questions, we will reply!
Step 2) We will listen to you and then ask you questions!
Step 3) You like what you hear, then we tell you about our Finder's Fee Agreement & Fee Schedule. (See below)
Step 4) Read and sign the agreements and send them back to us.
Step 5) Get all required docs into us from our check sheet. Once received, we will then start finding you the right lender.
Step 6) All Docs in, lender will then receive a call, submissions to lenders will be made upon receipt of all documents. Our policy is to submit o one lender at a time.
Step 7) 48 hours or less for reply to funding request.
Step 8) No (Sorry we tried)
Step 9) YES - the lender will send docs for your review & signature. Other documents maybe requested from you.
Step 10) Approved - funding within 14 days, 30 days or 45 days depending on type of loan.
We will always need key documents from you including your most current credit score and/or appraisal if real estate is to be involved in the transaction. A well written executive summary with projections of income, how you plan to use the money, a marketing & advertising plan, sales plan and more. So please be ready!
